Located at 6426 Montgomery Street in Rhinebeck, the chefs at Terrapin Restaurant create specialty dishes using fresh ingredients and signature flair. The menu is chock full of local Hudson Valley offerings, from tapas to quesadillas, homemade soups, salads, seafood and more.

Organic options are also popular at Terrapin: try the organic King salmon with seaweed caviar beurre blanc or the roasted local farm raised venison sirloin medallions with juniper demi-glace.

Clearly, each and every dish is chef-inspired and crafted with care and attention to detail.

“The world's most diverse flavors meet and mingle here, in this room, at your table,” says Josh Kroner, Terrapin’s owner and chef. “From elements both historic and eclectic comes something surprising, fresh and dynamic: dishes to delight both body and soul.”
